185 entries. Yes, finally, after all those entries, I'm saying bye bye to this journal. Backreading all those entries circa 2008-2009 made me cringe... so bad. HAHAHA. However, I won't be deleting this LJ. From time to time, I'll still revisit this blog and remember all those cringe-worthy stuff aka college life. LOL.

The good thing is... I'm planning on getting a new livejournal! Time to start anew. After all, it's been almost two years since I graduated college and what better way to start a new "life" with a new blog? right? HAHAHA. I was supposed to transfer to wordpress, but then, it's eating me alive and I've come to realize that LJ is still waaaaay better (at least for non-techie people like me! haha!).

Maybe within the week, I'll be able to start my new lj. Excited? Oh yes I am! 

Till then. I hope I'll still see you guys in my new blog! ;) 

 

We were all surprised at how fast the events were. Yesterday, Japan was hit by an 8.9 magnitude earthquake, triggering a tsunami to occur. Thousands were proclaimed dead, properties were damaged, the beauty that Japan once held is now gone.

All we have to do? PRAY. Prayers can move mountains, as cliche as it may sound. The moment I heard the news yesterday, I quickly called upon God, asked for his guidance for everyone. These wounds will take time. But what I'm sure of? God is always to there to back us up. 

As what they said, "Don't be afraid of how big the tsunami is... show the tsunami how big God is" :)   

My last post here was dated October 2009. And the hell, what date is it now? JANUARY 19, 2011. So much has happened during that span of time. I was able to finish my thesis, get my degree, bum and fangirl for months, get a job, earn my first paycheck, get my first ever bonus and a lotta things in between. 2009 and 2010 have come and gone, and 19 days have already passed for the year 2011. So far, I'm rocking out to this year, and no one's gonna stop me from making 2011 THE year. :)

I am so excited for this year! :) Why? My dream of travelling the world is slowly becoming a reality. We've (my loving college friends and I) already booked our Taiwan trip for April. And we're planning to continue Calaguas this summer as well. :) I also have plans of going back to Singapore for my compulsory leave this May. My officemates are also planning an HK-Macau trip by October/November of this year. So many plans, so little money. Have to save for these if I wanna fulfill my dreams. ;)
